What we will explore together
Sometimes what keeps us stuck is not what unfolds before our eyes, but the deep-seated beliefs and values that have long existed yet are seldom seen. The same event can evoke completely different responses in different people; these responses often stem not from the event itself, but from how we make sense of the world. Within the Art of Hosting, The Reactivity Loop offers an essential mirror to observe ourselves.
In this workshop, The Reactivity Loop will serve as our primary theme of exploration. Alongside it, through the deep inquiries of The Work and Causal Layered Analysis (CLA) from Futures Thinking, we will accompany each other in uncovering the subterranean beliefs, worldviews, and metaphors that drive our reactions.
Through dialogue, embodied inquiry, and collective reflection, we sense together: When our deepest beliefs begin to soften, new choices naturally emerge.
