Billy brings years of experience in software development, having built and led software teams from the ground up. Through working closely with teams in practice, he was deeply inspired by the spirit of Agile—and gradually came to realize that beyond technology and process, what truly determines how far a team can go is how people communicate, understand one another, and collaborate.

This realization led him into the world of facilitation and Human-Centered Design. Drawn to the possibilities unlocked by group dialogue, he believes that when diverse perspectives are genuinely heard and held with care, teams and organizations can generate deeper thinking, shared understanding, and grounded action.

As a facilitation practitioner, he continues to explore how meaningful group dialogue and collaborative design can support teams and organizations in finding clearer, more human ways of working amidst complexity and change.
