Sara is a human-centered facilitator and collaborative consultant with over two decades of experience working with leaders and teams across government organizations, corporations, nonprofit organizations and grassroots movements. Her work spans leadership development, team building, executive coaching and organizational change.

At the core of her work is a belief in collaborative, embodied and trusting environments that make the invisible visible and the unspoken heard. She often works at the intersections of curiosity, conflict and change, with care, complexity and consent as a compass.

Sara pays particular attention to power, difference and interdependence within groups. She is interested in how we move beyond “power over” toward more “power to” and “power within”, and in how the wisdom of the crowd can be surfaced through questions, awareness and spaces where greater things can emerge.

Her practice draws from Process Work, Deep Democracy, Power Intelligence, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® and Theory U, as well as from what she learns through every engagement she facilitates. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration, is certified in Power Intelligence, and is a Diplomate in Process Work.
