Background & Practice Journey · Rene Wang (王柔閔)

Rene Wang is a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) accredited by the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) and a practitioner of dialogue facilitation and futures thinking. When she earned her CPF accreditation, she set the record as the youngest recipient globally to date.

Over the years, she has accompanied enterprises, public-sector institutions, and cross-disciplinary teams across strategic thinking, innovation, organizational learning, and group dialogue—supporting people to think together, clarify questions, and explore new possibilities amid complexity and change.

In recent years, through ongoing international learning and cross-cultural exchange, she has continued to deepen her practice in Art of Hosting, Participatory Leadership, and Participatory Futures, exploring how these approaches and perspectives can genuinely take root in everyday work and organizational contexts.
