Background & Practice Journey · Eric Tseng (曾士民)

Eric brings over twenty-five years of experience at IBM, including many years dedicated to management, leadership development, and cross-functional collaboration, as well as designing and facilitating internal leadership and talent development workshops across organizational levels.

Since 2015, he has dedicated his focus to facilitation and leadership development, bringing these practices into corporate, educational, government, and nonprofit settings. In recent years, he has been especially committed to the field of education—accompanying teachers, principals, and school leadership teams through facilitation, dialogue, and participatory approaches to support mutual learning, collaboration, and growth.

For Eric, facilitation is more than leading a meeting or workshop; it is about supporting people to participate more fully, think together, and find a way forward in real work and learning contexts. He also continues to deepen his own learning and practice through reading, yoga, and meditation.
