Kevin Lin currently serves as President of Cognito Health Inc., bringing more than twenty years of hands-on experience in enterprise innovation, product development, process improvement, and organizational transformation.

From ASUS to entrepreneurship, he has long participated in strategic planning, process re-engineering, product innovation, and organizational change. During his tenure at ASUS, he drove Six Sigma initiatives, global process improvement, and corporate transformation, while also bringing Design Thinking into product innovation workflows and participating in developing product concepts such as the ASUS Transformer. Following his transition into entrepreneurship, he brought these experiences into the healthcare technology sector, working with his team to develop Cognito Health's patient monitoring systems.

Over the years, he has gradually woven systems thinking, Hosting, Facilitation, continuous improvement, and innovation methodologies into his executive leadership and management practice. This practice extends beyond meetings and workshops into organizational governance, team collaboration, customer relationships, and long-term partner stewardship—continually exploring how people and systems can learn and grow together.
